Onboarding Process for Sector-Specific Mentors

This onboarding process ensures mentors are equipped to support startups in Assam's key sectors (e.g., agriculture, tea, tourism, handicrafts, renewable energy, IT/tech) while aligning with the state's economic and cultural context.

Sector Alignment

Target mentors with 5+ years of experience in Assam's priority sectors.

Outreach Channels

Utilize networking events, industry associations and startup ecosystems to identify potential mentors.

Application Process

Interested mentors should submit a detailed profile, including their qualifications, experience and the sector they wish to mentor.

Screening & Interviewing

Conduct a rigorous screening process to evaluate mentors' qualifications and compatibility with the needs of startups in the specified sectors.

Publishing Profile

Upon the selection of mentors, their profiles will be published on the Assam Startup Portal.

Fee

Not Applicable.

Mentoring Engagements

Facilitation of one-on-one and group mentorship sessions.Both online and offline mentoring options available.
